# Netzwerkeinstellungen der Viewing Station

Verkada-Geräte sind mit LANs inkompatibel, die Proxy-Server oder eine SSL-/TLS-Überprüfung (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security) erfordern. Wenn eines davon verwendet wird, muss eine Umgehung für alle Verkada-Geräte implementiert werden, damit Verkada-Geräte mit Verkada Command kommunizieren können.

## IP-Adresse

Anzeigestationen müssen eine IPv4-Adresse zugewiesen bekommen, um im LAN und mit Verkada Command zu kommunizieren. Anzeigestationen unterstützen sowohl kabelgebundene als auch drahtlose Internetverbindungen. Sie verwenden das Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) und das User Datagram Protocol (UDP), um ihre IP-Adressen und Netzwerkkonfigurationen abzurufen.

Wenn Sie möchten, dass Ihre Anzeigestation eine bestimmte IP-Adresse hat, erstellen Sie eine DHCP-Reservierung anhand der Media Access Control (MAC)-Adresse des Geräts (auf dem Etikett des Geräts zu finden).

## Domain Name System

Anzeigestationen verwenden den DNS-Server, um die vollständig qualifizierten Domänennamen (FQDN) von Verkada in IP-Adressen aufzulösen, damit sie mit ihnen kommunizieren können. Ihr DHCP-Server teilt der Sprechanlage mit, wo sich der DNS-Server im Netzwerk befindet, und die Sprechanlage kommuniziert über UDP-Port 53.

## Firewall-Einstellungen

Anzeigestationen benötigen Zugriff auf viele Endpunkte, um sicherzustellen, dass sie mit Command kommunizieren können und alle Funktionen zugänglich sind. Viele Kunden möchten möglicherweise zulassen, dass die Anzeigestationen mit den allgemein erforderlichen Endpunkten kommunizieren.
