Note: Digital zoom is different from optical zoom. For the best experience while using digital zoom, switch to High Quality (HQ) playback.
Use digital zoom on live streams
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Cameras
.Select the footage you want to view.
On the video player's toolbar, click zoom-in
. The zoom-out magnifier 
. Once zoomed, click and drag the video to pan.
Use digital zoom on historical footage
To zoom in on historical footage:
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Cameras
.Select the footage you want to view.
On the video player's toolbar, select zoom-in
or zoom-out , depending on the action you want to perform. Once zoomed, click and drag the video to pan.
Use digital zoom on the Command mobile app
To digitally zoom within the Command mobile app, pinch and spread the video player.This works for both historical and live footage.
