# PTZ ユーザー優先順位
PTZ User Priority により、オーガナイゼーション' は PTZ（パン・チルト・ズーム）カメラの制御に関する競合の解決方法を管理できます。 [カスタムロール](/command/ja/yzto/roles-and-permissions-for-command/custom-roles.md) カスタムロールには、PTZ 制御に対して 1（最上位）から 5（最下位）までの優先度を割り当てることができます。複数のユーザーが同じ PTZ カメラを制御しようとすると、そのレベルによって誰が制御権を得るかが決まります。複数の人が同じ PTZ カメラを操作する必要がある場合や、どのユーザーの制御が優先されるかについてオーガナイゼーション' に明確で予測可能なルールが必要な場合は、PTZ User Priority を使用してください

## 仕組み
既定では、すべてのロール（すべての標準の Verkada Command ロールを含む）の優先度レベルは 5 です。ユーザー同士が同じ優先度レベルを共有している場合、そのユーザーのいずれも他方から制御権を奪えます。優先度レベルが異なる場合：
* より高い（番号の小さい）優先度のユーザーが常に優先されます。
* 低い優先度のユーザーは、高い優先度のユーザーが制御を解放するまで引き継げません。
たとえば、セキュリティ運用チームを一般スタッフより優先する場合です。

## 設定

カスタムロールのアクセスを管理するには、Org Admin 権限が必要です。

**Verkada Command で、All Products > Admin に移動します。**

**Admin > Users & Permissions の下で、Roles をクリックします。**

**右上の \[カスタムロールを作成] をクリックします。**
1. ロールの一意の名前を入力します。
2. （任意）権限をコピーする共通テンプレートを選択します。
3. 以下で **Site Permissions > Cameras > Camera Settings、** 選択し **PTZ カメラを制御** 、優先度レベル（1～5）を選択します。
4. 右上で **ロールを作成**.

* より高い優先度のユーザーは、いつでもカメラの移動を試みることで制御を引き継げます。確認プロンプトが表示され、確認すると、制御は即座に移行し、以前のユーザーには画面上で通知されます。
* より低い優先度のユーザーが制御を取ろうとしてもブロックされ、ストリーミングする画面上のバッジでその理由が説明されます。
制御中のユーザーがカメラページを閉じるか、45 秒間操作しないと、カメラはアイドル状態に戻り、他のユーザーが利用可能になります。制御が奪われる前に Sentry Mode が有効だった場合は、その時点から再開します。
