# ナイトモードの問題を解決する
各Verkadaカメラには夜間視認機能があり、センサーを使用して低照度の状況を検出します。外部照明が暗い場合、カメラはナイトモードに切り替わり、赤外線（IR）LEDを使用して環境を照らしながら白黒で録画します。IRがDomeを通して不適切に放射されたり、レンズに反射したりすると、画質に悪影響を及ぼします。

## ナイトモードの一般的な問題
最高の画質を実現するには、Domeに汚れがなく、カメラが適切に設置されていることが不可欠です。ナイトモードで映像を表示していて、映像が見えにくい場合は、以下のいずれかの状況が原因である可能性が最も高いです。
* 外部遮蔽
* 内部反射
* Domeに付着したほこりやゴミ
* Domeの指紋
* 結露/湿気/曇り

### カメラが常にナイトモード
環境に十分な光があるにもかかわらずカメラが常にナイトモードになっている場合は、ルクス（光）値を調整する必要があるかもしれません。その場合は、 [Verkadaサポート](/command/ja/herupugadesuka/contact-verkada-support.md) までお問い合わせください。
### 環境による遮蔽
カメラが壁、段差、または光源に近すぎる場所に設置されていると、IRの反射により画質が低下する場合があります。

### IRの遮蔽
第1世代のDomeカメラ（[D30](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d30-datasheet.pdf) または [D50](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d50-datasheet.pdf)）が十分な明るさがあるにもかかわらずナイトモードで動作する場合、IRセンサーはカメラハウジングによって遮蔽されている可能性が高いです。
遮蔽された光センサーを修正するには、レンズバレルアセンブリを物理的に180°回転させ、センサーとIRがカメラケース越しに見えるようにします。

## ナイトモードの範囲に関する考慮事項
