# Razón y auditoría de búsqueda de reconocimiento de matrículas
Exige un motivo de infracción y un número de caso/incidente para cada búsqueda de matrículas
Los usuarios deben introducir un tipo de infracción y un número de caso antes de buscar o acceder a los datos de matrículas en Command. La información del incidente introducida se guarda directamente en el registro de auditoría de una organización para lograr la máxima visibilidad sobre quién accedió a los datos de LPR, cuándo y con qué propósito.

## Buscar una matrícula o un vehículo

**En Verkada Command, ve a Todos los productos > Cámaras.**

**En la navegación de la izquierda, selecciona Vehículos.**

No podrá ver vehículos ni matrículas sin proporcionar un tipo de infracción y un número de caso/incidente.

**Introduzca un tipo de infracción.**
Seleccione uno o más tipos de infracción adecuados de la lista desplegable. Si cree que la lista desplegable de Tipo de infracción no contiene la descripción correcta, puede seleccionar "*Otro*” y personalizar su motivo.

**Introduzca un número de caso/incidente.**
Introduzca el número de caso o incidente asociado con su búsqueda.

**(Opcional) Use la barra de búsqueda y los filtros para ajustar sus resultados.**

**Haga clic en Buscar para ver los resultados.**
