Navigate the Command Mobile App

Learn the basics of the Verkada Command mobile app

If your organization uses Directories for Access Control, see Manage Users with Directories before making changes. It explains how Directories affect where users are managed and what permissions apply.

The Verkada Command mobile app allows you to access your Verkada devices right at your fingertips.

Command app home screen

Once you log in to the Command mobile app, you see the homepage for cameras (organized by sites), similar to the Command web platform. At the top, you can choose to filter, search, and adjust the tile layout.

Access the product menu

On the top left, tap to open an expanded menu, where you can see products on the left and subpages on the right.

To switch products faster, swipe right and tap the product icon.

Select the product icon to redirect to its homepage.

Additional Settings

At the bottom, select any of the following settings:

a. Help b. Lockdown c. Devices d. Add Device

Tap your organization name to introduce more information about your account and switch the organization/account.

Org Settings

Org Admins can access the Org Settings page from the mobile app to make changes to user roles and permissions.

In the left navigation select Org Settings .

Edit the following settings as needed:

a. Organization Details b. Users c. Groups
