The plan offers unlimited data (no throttling) for Verkada devices, multi-carrier redundancy, and 24/7 support. You can also [bring your own data plan](/transportation/cellular-data-options/bring-your-own-data-plan.md). *** ## Supported devices ### Verkada video devices To access data from Verkada video devices (cameras and intercoms), you must purchase a data license for each device connected to the KGX61. For specifics on data license pricing, see the KGX61 [datasheet](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/kgx61-ruggedized-transportation-gateway-datasheet.pdf). {% hint style="warning" %} If your BYO SIM fails over to the Verkada SIM, a data license is required to stream camera footage. You can still connect to the gateway for troubleshooting without a data license. {% endhint %} You can link and unlink your data licenses to specific devices connected to the KGX61 via the data licensing page in your Verkada Command platform. Any video device connected to a gateway will be automatically linked to an available license.
{% hint style="warning" %} Cloud backup and RTSP are disabled on cameras that use the Verkada data plan. Customers can enable these features if they bring their own data plan. {% endhint %} ### Third-party devices While the Verkada data plan is meant for Verkada devices, we provide a small amount of data for third-party devices connected to the gateway. The Verkada SIM will provide 1GB/month of data total for third-party devices as long as the gateway has a valid cloud license.
