# Verkada Monitoring Phone Numbers

When a Verkada alarm is triggered, our monitoring team will notify the contacts listed for your alarm site. **+1 (877) 845- 7851** is the number that will text and call you when an alarm is triggered.

Users on the notifications list should save this number to their contact list as "Verkada Monitoring". For organizations using both classic Alarms and new Alarms, save this number as ’New Alarms - Verkada Monitoring."

We highly recommend enabling [**Emergency Bypass**](https://help.verkada.com/new-alarms/configuration/alarm-sites/save-the-verkada-alarms-monitoring-phone-number-for-new-alarms) for this contact. This allows the number to ring even when your phone is in a Focus mode, such as Do Not Disturb (DND).
