# 担当者による呼びかけ

**担当者によるトークダウン** アラームが発報された際に、遠隔監視担当者がスピーカーを使ってライブでトークダウンを行い、当局を出動させる前に侵入者を抑止できるようにします。

**対応スピーカー:** BZ11 ホーンスピーカー、すべての Verkada インターホンモデル。

### 要件

* BZ11 ホーンスピーカーを使用する場合:
  * BZ11 はアラーム設置場所のカメラとペアリングする必要があります。
  * BZ11 とペアリングしたカメラは、カメラパーティションでトリガーとして設定する必要があります。
* インターホンを使用する場合:
  * **ビデオインターホン:** 統合カメラは、カメラパーティションでトリガーとして設定する必要があります。\
    **注：** 担当者によるトークダウンは、統合カメラがアラームトリガーとして明示的に追加されている場合にのみ機能します。
  * **オーディオインターホン:** ペアリングされたカメラは、カメラパーティションでトリガーとして設定する必要があります。
* レスポンスレベルを **標準**.

上記の要件のいずれかが満たされていない場合、担当者によるトークダウンはサイトで正しく設定されていない可能性があり、期待どおりに機能しないことがあります。

## 担当者によるトークダウンを設定

**担当者によるトークダウン** は、スピーカーがカメラトリガーとして追加されたカメラとペアリングされている場合、デフォルトで有効になります。

**Verkada Commandで、すべての製品 > アラームに移動します。**

**設定したいアラームのサイトを選択します。**

**左側のナビゲーションで、\[Response] > \[トリガー中のカメラで担当者によるトークダウン] を選択します。**
