Lorsqu’une alarme Verkada est déclenchée, notre équipe de surveillance informera les contacts inscrits pour votre site d’alarme. **+1 (877) 845- 7851** est le numéro qui vous enverra des SMS et vous appellera lorsqu’une alarme est déclenchée.

Les utilisateurs figurant sur la liste de notifications doivent enregistrer ce numéro dans leur liste de contacts sous « Verkada Monitoring ». Pour les organisations utilisant à la fois les alarmes classiques et les nouvelles alarmes, enregistrez ce numéro sous « New Alarms - Verkada Monitoring ».

Nous recommandons vivement d’activer [**Déroutement d’urgence**](/new-alarms/fr/configuration/alarm-sites/save-the-verkada-alarms-monitoring-phone-number-for-new-alarms.md) pour ce contact.
