***

### Requisitos

* Un panel de alarma (BP52, BP32 o BP42)
* El WH52 requiere PoE de 15 W (802.3af) y debe estar en la misma subred (LAN) que el panel de alarma para la comunicación local. Consulte [Configuración de red de alarma](/new-alarms/es/primeros-pasos/alarms-network-settings.md) para obtener más información.

{% hint style="warning" %}
{% endhint %}

## Configuración del WH52

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
[**Añada el WH52**](/command/es/configuracion-de-la-organizacion/add-a-device-to-your-command-organization.md) **el número de serie a su cuenta de Command.**
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
{% endhint %}

### Estado

* **En línea -** El WH52 está conectado a Internet.

{% hint style="warning" %}
{% endhint %}

* **Conectado -** El WH52 tiene una conexión local con el panel de alarma. Esto es necesario para que el WH52 envíe eventos de sus sensores inalámbricos emparejados. Permita [Configuración de red de alarmas](/new-alarms/es/primeros-pasos/alarms-network-settings.md) para la comunicación multicast a través de la red local.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.verkada.com/new-alarms/es/instalacion/set-up-the-wh52.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
