# Mailroom 네트워크 설정

Verkada 장치는 프록시 서버 또는 SSL(보안 소켓 계층)/TLS(전송 계층 보안) 검사가 필요한 LAN과 호환되지 않습니다. 둘 중 하나라도 사용 중인 경우, Verkada 장치가 Verkada Command와 통신할 수 있도록 모든 Verkada 장치에 대한 우회 설정을 구현해야 합니다.

## IP 주소

Mailroom 태블릿과 휴대폰은 LAN 및 Verkada Command와 통신하기 위해 IPv4 주소가 할당되어야 합니다. Mailroom 장치는 동적 호스트 구성 프로토콜(DHCP) 및 사용자 데이터그램 프로토콜(UDP)을 사용하여 IP 주소와 네트워크 구성을 가져옵니다.

Mailroom 장치에 특정 IP 주소가 필요하면, 장치의 레이블에서 찾을 수 있는 미디어 액세스 제어(MAC) 주소를 사용하여 DHCP 예약을 생성하세요.

## 도메인 이름 시스템

Mailroom 태블릿과 휴대폰은 DNS 서버를 사용하여 Verkada의 정규화된 도메인 이름(FQDN)을 IP 주소로 변환하고 이를 통해 통신합니다. DHCP 서버는 Mailroom 장치에 네트워크상의 DNS 서버 위치를 알려주며, Mailroom 장치는 UDP 포트 53을 사용해 통신합니다.

## 방화벽 설정

Mailroom 태블릿과 휴대폰은 Command와 통신하고 모든 기능에 접근할 수 있도록 많은 엔드포인트에 대한 액세스가 필요합니다. 많은 고객은 Mailroom 장치가 일반적으로 필요한 엔드포인트와 통신하도록 허용하기를 원할 수 있습니다.

허용해야 하는 일반 도메인은 다음과 같습니다, **모든 조직 리전에 적용됨**:
