# Mailroom のロールと権限

* **サイトレベルのロール** サイト内のデバイスに対してユーザーまたはグループが持つアクセス権を決定します。
* **オーガナイゼーション' レベルのロール** ユーザーまたはグループが、グローバルレベルで権限とデバイスを管理できるようにします。
* **権限** はロールを使用して設定されます。ロールは、オーガナイゼーション' およびそのサイト内のデバイスと設定に対して、ユーザーおよびグループが持つアクセスレベルを定義します。

### 権限に関する考慮事項

* サブサイトは、最上位の親サイトを含むすべての親サイトから権限を継承します。
* ユーザーは複数のグループに所属できます。ロールが競合する場合、ユーザーに付与されるのは **最上位のロール** 直接、または任意のグループを通じて付与されたもののうちです。
* グループに割り当てられたロールは手動で昇格できますが、降格はできません。アクセスを下げるには、より高いロールを持つグループからユーザーを削除してください。

## 権限を設定する

ユーザーロールまたはグループを管理することで、既存のユーザーおよびグループにサイト権限を設定できます。
