# Mailroom のネットワーク設定

Verkada デバイスは、プロキシサーバーまたは Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) 検査を必要とする LAN と互換性がありません。いずれかが使用されている場合、Verkada デバイスが Verkada Command と通信できるようにするには、すべての Verkada デバイスに対するバイパスを実装する必要があります。

## IPアドレス

Mailroomのタブレットと電話機は、LANおよびVerkada Commandで通信するために、IPv4アドレスを割り当てる必要があります。Mailroomデバイスは、IPアドレスとネットワーク設定を取得するために、動的ホスト構成プロトコル（DHCP）とユーザーデータグラムプロトコル（UDP）を使用します。

Mailroom デバイスに特定の IP アドレスを割り当てる必要がある場合は、デバイスのラベル（デバイス上に記載）にあるデバイスのメディア アクセスコントロール（MAC）アドレスを使用して、DHCP の予約を作成してください。

## ドメインネームシステム

Mailroomのタブレットおよび電話は、DNSサーバーを使用してVerkadaの完全修飾ドメイン名（FQDN）をIPアドレスに解決し、通信します。DHCPサーバーは、ネットワーク上のDNSサーバーの場所をMailroomデバイスに通知し、MailroomデバイスはUDPポート53を使用して通信します。

## ファイアウォール設定

Mailroomのタブレットおよび電話は、Commandと通信し、すべての機能にアクセスできるようにするため、多くのエンドポイントへのアクセスを必要とします。多くのお客様は、Mailroomデバイスが一般的に必要なエンドポイントと通信できるように許可することを希望される場合があります。
