# 수신자를 현재 있음 또는 부재 중으로 설정

사용자가 부재 중일 때 인터콤 통화 흐름에서 자동으로 건너뛰게 합니다

모든 사용자 수신자에는 상태가 있습니다: **현재** 또는 **자리 비움**. 사용자가 자리 비움 상태이면 Call Flows는 자동으로 해당 사용자를 건너뛰고 다음 수신자로 이동합니다.

* 자리 비움 상태에는 지속 시간이 필요하며 무기한으로 설정할 수 없습니다.
* 상태 변경은 모든 플랫폼에서 즉시 동기화됩니다.
* 사용자가 수신자로 표시되는 모든 곳에 상태가 표시되므로, 관리자와 팀원은 통화가 해당 사용자에게 연결될지 확인할 수 있습니다.

### 상태를 자리 비움으로 설정

Command 웹, 모바일의 Command 웹, Command 모바일 앱 또는 Verkada Pass 앱에서 상태를 설정하세요.

### Desk Station을 현재 또는 자리 비움으로 설정

### 현재 또는 자리 비움 상태 보기

사용자를 다음으로 설정하면 **자리 비움** 그리고 연결된 콜 플로우의 다른 수신자가 현재 **현재**, Command는 변경이 적용되기 전에 다음 경고를 표시합니다:

> *\[Call Flow Name]의 \[Intercom Name] 인터콤에는 활성 수신자가 더 이상 없습니다. 진행할 경우 이 인터콤에서 걸려온 통화를 놓칠 수 있음을 이해했는지 확인하세요.*

### 통화 기록에서 자리 비움 상태 보기
