# TS12-2B의 비상 버튼 구성

TS12-N-R2B에는 두 개의 별도 통화 버튼이 있습니다:

* 검은색 일반 통화 버튼 - CALL로 표시되며, 비상 상황이 아닌 경우에 사용됩니다
* 빨간색 비상 통화 버튼 - HELP로 표시되며, 비상 상황에 사용됩니다

**상단에서 수신기를 선택합니다.**&#x20;

**수신기 추가:**

* 비상 수신기 - 빨간색 HELP 버튼과 연결됨.
  * 빨간색 Help 버튼 위에 마우스를 올립니다.
  * 비상 수신기 추가를 선택합니다.
  * *(선택 사항)* 다음을 사용하여 911로 직접 통화하도록 구성합니다 [e911](https://help.verkada.com/intercom/ko/configuration/add-and-configure-receivers-in-intercom/e911-calling-with-intercoms-us-only).
* 표준 수신기 - 검은색 CALL 버튼과 연결됨.

  * 검은색 Call 버튼 위에 마우스를 올립니다.
  * 수신기 추가를 선택합니다.
