# 音声メッセージを Intercom にアップロードする
音声メッセージは、建物への入館を試みる個人に情報を伝えるための便利な方法です。

## 音声メッセージを設定する
これらの種類の自動音声メッセージをお使いの [初めて](/intercom/ja/hajimeni/get-started-with-verkada-intercom.md)にアップロードできます。特定の条件が満たされると再生されます。
* オフライン [**オフライン**](#h_5bcfd8cbc0) メッセージは、デバイスにインターネット接続がなく、通話ボタンが押されたときに再生されます。
* 1つの [**ロックダウン**](#h_097f0cb45e) メッセージは、ロックダウンが有効な状態で通話ボタンが押されたときに再生されます。
* 1つの [**誰もいない**](#h_fa69507d6b) メッセージは、通話リストが使い尽くされたときに再生されます
これらの自動メッセージはVerkada Commandで有効にでき、デフォルトメッセージを使用するか、独自のメッセージを録音するか、独自の.wav、mp3、またはAI生成のテキスト読み上げメッセージをアップロードできます。

対象： **AI生成のテキスト読み上げメッセージ：** 英語、フランス語、日本語、スペイン語、韓国語、またはドイツ語でメッセージを入力します。その後、これらのいずれかの言語に自動翻訳し、再生用にAI音声の選択肢から選ぶことができます。

### グローバル音声メッセージ
ローカルメッセージが設定されていない場合、インターホンはデフォルトのグローバルメッセージを再生します。インターホンでグローバルメッセージを有効にするには、まずグローバルに設定し、その後各インターホンで有効化します。すると、システムが自動的にグローバルメッセージを入力します。
