# Intercom を使用した E911 通話（米国のみ）
E911（Enhanced 911）により、インターコムから911へ直接通話でき、デバイスの位置情報を緊急サービスと自動的に共有できます。

* 911は、通話グループ内で唯一の受信者でなければなりません
* 911を含むグループは、通話フローの最後のステップでなければなりません
* [不在メッセージ](/intercom/ja/she-ding/intercom-noraibuwosuru/upload-audio-messages-to-intercom.md) は、このステップでは自動的に無効になります
* 911の通話ステップは、自動的に300秒の呼び出し時間に設定されます
