Configurez le bouton d'urgence sur le TS12-2B

Le TS12-N-R2B dispose de deux boutons d’appel distincts :

* Un bouton d’appel noir standard — intitulé CALL, utilisé pour les situations non urgentes
* Un bouton d’appel d’urgence rouge — intitulé HELP, utilisé pour les urgences

Chaque bouton est associé à son propre [flux d’appel](/intercom/fr/configuration/add-and-configure-receivers-in-intercom/create-and-use-shared-call-flows.md).

**Dans Verkada Command, allez à Tous les produits > Interphone.**

**Sélectionnez un interphone à configurer.**

**En haut, sélectionnez Récepteurs.**&#x20;

**Ajoutez des récepteurs :**

* Récepteur d’urgence — lié au bouton rouge HELP.
  * Survolez le bouton d’aide rouge.
  * Sélectionnez Ajouter un récepteur d’urgence.
  * *(Facultatif)* Configurez l’appel direct vers le 911 à l’aide de [e911](/intercom/fr/configuration/add-and-configure-receivers-in-intercom/e911-calling-with-intercoms-us-only.md).
* Récepteur standard — lié au bouton noir CALL.

  * Survolez le bouton d’appel noir.
  * Sélectionnez Ajouter un récepteur.
