# Appels E911 avec les interphones (États-Unis uniquement)

Configurez votre TD53 ou TD52 pour composer le 911 directement

E911 (911 amélioré) permet aux interphones d’appeler le 911 directement et de partager automatiquement l’emplacement de l’appareil avec les services d’urgence.

1. **Numéro de téléphone unique**
2. **Adresse enregistrée**

d. Sous **Appel,** activez **Activer le récepteur 911**.

#### Exigences de configuration importantes :

* Sélectionnez **Réponse d’urgence** comme type de récepteur
* Le 911 doit être l’unique récepteur dans son groupe d’appel
* Le groupe avec le 911 doit être la dernière étape du flux d’appel
* [Les messages « personne n’est à la maison »](/intercom/fr/configuration/configure-live-translation-for-intercom-calls/upload-audio-messages-to-intercom.md) seront automatiquement désactivés pour cette étape
* L’étape d’appel au 911 sera automatiquement réglée sur une durée de sonnerie de 300 secondes
