# Configuración de FreePBX para intercomunicadores Verkada

Integra FreePBX con intercomunicadores Verkada

## Configuración de la extensión de RingCentral

**Vaya a Aplicaciones > Extensiones.**

**Seleccione Añadir nueva extensión SIP \[chan\_pjsip].**

**Rellene el campo Extensión de usuario con la extensión que desea asignar a su intercomunicador.**

**Rellene el Nombre para mostrar con el identificador de llamada que desea asignar a su intercomunicador.**

## Configuración de Command

**En Verkada Command, vaya a Todos los productos > Intercom.**

**Seleccione un intercomunicador y haga clic en Configuración.**

**En Llamada, seleccione Añadir cuenta.**

**Introduzca el nombre de su cuenta SIP.**

Esto solo se usa para la generación de eventos en Command y no se usa para la autenticación en Freepbx.

**Copie los elementos de Freepbx en los campos de configuración SIP de Verkada usando la siguiente asignación:**

Verá una marca de verificación verde junto a la información de su **Cuenta SIP** en la página de configuración de su intercomunicador cuando el registro sea exitoso.

## Solución de problemas

Al instalar Freepbx, es posible que se pida a los usuarios que activen el firewall de Sangoma. Esto puede afectar funciones como el vídeo y dtmf. Para desactivarlo, abra la terminal de Freepbx y ejecute el siguiente comando:

fwconsole ma delete firewall
```
