# Einen Testanruf mit Intercom durchführen

Führen Sie einen Testanruf durch, um Ihre Intercom-Anrufkonfiguration zu testen

Verkada-Video-Gegensprechanlagen ermöglichen nahtlose Anrufe an festgelegte Empfänger. Über das Verkada-Command-Dashboard können Anrufe so konfiguriert werden, dass sie an eine Telefonnummer, eine Tischstation oder direkt an einen Benutzer über die Verkada-Pass-App weitergeleitet werden. Führen Sie einen Testanruf durch, um Ihre Konfiguration zu überprüfen.

### Bevor Sie beginnen

* Die Gegensprechanlage muss [zu Command hinzugefügt werden](/command/de/organisationseinstellungen/add-a-device-to-your-command-organization.md).
* Die Gegensprechanlage muss an einen Switch angeschlossen sein, der Power over Ethernet (PoE) unterstützt.

## Einen Testanruf durchführen

**Gehen Sie in Verkada Command zu Alle Produkte > Gegensprechanlage.**

**Wählen Sie eine Gegensprechanlagen-Ansicht aus, die Sie testen möchten.**

**Klicken Sie oben auf Einstellungen.**

**Klicken Sie in der linken Navigation auf Fehlerbehebung.**

**Sie sollten einen Live-Feed der Gegensprechanlage sowie ggf. zusätzliche gekoppelte Kamera(s) sehen.**

1. Klicken Sie unter dem Feed auf **Wählen Sie einen Empfänger aus.**
2. Wählen Sie eine der Empfängeroptionen aus.
3. Klicken Sie **Testanruf starten.**

**Sobald der Empfänger antwortet, beginnt die Anruf-Sitzung, und der Empfänger kann die Tür entriegeln oder die Sitzung beenden.**
