# Fehlerbehebung für Desk Station

## iOS-26-Update

Das iOS-26-Update führt ein neues Verhalten ein, das die Desk-Station-Erfahrung beeinträchtigen kann. Standardmäßig wird die native Anrufbenachrichtigung von iOS bei eingehenden Anrufen bildschirmfüllend angezeigt und verdeckt die Desk-Station-App, sodass es unmöglich ist, das Video zu sehen. 

Um dies zu beheben, führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:

1. Navigieren Sie zu den iPad-Einstellungen
2. Wählen Sie **Apps**
3. Wählen Sie **Telefon**
4. Wählen Sie **Eingehende Anrufe**
5. Wählen Sie **Banner**
