# 사고 대응 시작하기

Incident Response는 조직이 사건 발생 중 사람들의 안전 상태와 위치를 추적하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 이를 통해 조직은 직원과 방문자를 파악할 수 있으며, 학교는 학생을 보호자와 다시 만날 수 있게 합니다.

## Incident Response 설정

다음이 필요합니다 **Org Admin** Incident Response를 구성할 수 있는 권한이 있습니다.

### 초기 사이트

**Import Existing Guest Sites를 클릭합니다.**

**사이트를 선택한 다음 > Import Site를 클릭합니다.**

### 추가 사이트

Incident Response를 위해 첫 번째 Workplace 사이트를 설정한 후에는 추가 사이트를 구성할 수 있습니다.

## 응답 템플릿

Workplace Site Admin은 다양한 유형의 사건에 대한 Response Template을 만들 수 있습니다. Response Template은 다음을 정의합니다:

* 대피자로 파악해야 하는 사람
* 대피자에게 할당할 수 있는 상태
* 대피자를 출석 상태로 표시할 수 있는 위치

학교의 경우 Reunification에 맞게 Response Template을 구성하고 Guardian Form을 설정하세요.

## Workplace 직원

Incident Response 사이트에 지정된 직원은 해당 사이트에서 진행 중인 모든 Response에 참여할 수 있습니다. 직원은 해당 사이트의 모든 Workplace 제품(Guest, Mailroom, Incident Response)에서 공유됩니다.

## Response 시작

다음만 **Workplace Site Admin** Response를 시작할 수 있습니다.

**Incident Response Home에서 Launch Response를 클릭합니다.**

**Response Template를 선택합니다.**

Response가 시작될 때 모든 대피자는 **알 수 없음** 상태와 위치를 갖습니다.

**(선택 사항) Drill mode를 켜서 Response를 훈련으로 처리합니다.**

Drill mode가 활성화되어 있으면 **Notify Staff** 를 켜서 직원에게 magic link가 포함된 알림을 보냅니다.

**Launch를 클릭합니다.**

Response가 시작되면(Drill mode가 비활성화된 상태에서) 모든 직원은 다음으로 연결되는 magic link가 포함된 알림을 받습니다. [Incident Response 포털](https://help.verkada.com/incident-response/ko/getting-started/incident-response-portal).

## Response 종료

**오른쪽 상단에서 End를 클릭합니다.**

**확인 메뉴에서 End Incident를 선택합니다.**

Response를 종료하면 Incident Response 포털에서 추가 변경이 잠깁니다. Drill이 아닌 Response의 경우 모든 직원에게 Response가 종료되었다는 알림이 전송됩니다.
