# 再統合演習を実施するためのベストプラクティス
その *I Love U Guys* 財団の **標準再統合手法 - 再統合訓練** ([SRM-REx](https://iloveuguys.org/Reunification-Exercise.html)）は、学校が生徒の再統合について職員を訓練するための実証済みの方法を提供します。学校は SRM-REx の枠組みを適応させ、Verkada Incident Response を使って独自の訓練を実施できます。サンプルの生徒カードと保護者カードを使うことで、学校はすべての職員に実地練習を行わせることができます。

## 訓練の準備

### 主な役割
職員に再統合の役割を割り当てます：記録担当者、確認担当者、再統合担当者。生徒カードを記録担当者に均等に配布し、保護者カードを確認担当者に配布します。
#### 記録担当者

## 訓練後
