# 게스트에게 대량 메시지 보내기

Verkada Guest에서 일괄 메시지 기능을 사용하면 Workplace 사용자가 이메일 또는 SMS를 통해 방문자에게 요청 시 업데이트를 보낼 수 있습니다. 사용자는 현재 달력일에 체크인한 방문자에게 메시지를 보내거나 예정된 이벤트 참석자에게 메시지를 보낼 수 있습니다.

a. 메시지 제목을 입력합니다. 제목은 게스트에게 보내는 이메일의 제목 줄로 사용됩니다.\
b. 메시지 본문을 작성합니다.\
c. 선택합니다 **보내기.**

### 메시지 내용 작성

일괄 메시지에는 **제목** 그리고 **메시지 본문**.

* 해당 **제목** 이 표시됩니다( SMS에는 포함되지 않음).
* 모든 SMS 메시지는 다음으로 시작합니다: ​`{Site Name}에서 보낸 메시지`

메시지에는 다음 변수를 포함할 수 있습니다:

* **게스트 이름:** 체크인 시 입력한 전체 이름
* **사이트 이름:** Command의 Guest 사이트 이름
* **방문 목적:** 게스트 유형 이름
* **Guest Portal 링크:** 각 방문자마다 고유한 링크(메시지 본문에만 사용 가능).

메시지에는 이모지를 제외한 모든 유니코드 문자를 포함할 수 있습니다. 메시지 본문은 최대 **150자**. 특수 문자와 글리프는 여러 문자로 계산될 수 있습니다.

## 일괄 메시지 기록 검토

해당 **메시지 기록** 패널에는 해당 사이트에서 전송된 모든 메시지가 표시되며 실패한 SMS 전송이 식별됩니다.

* 사용자는 실패한 SMS 메시지를 한 번 다시 시도할 수 있습니다.
* 이메일 전달 여부는 추적되지 않습니다.
