# Verkada Guest 이벤트 Outlook 추가 기능

Verkada Guest Events 추가 기능을 사용하면 직원이 Outlook에서 이벤트를 예약하고 이를 Verkada Guest에 연결할 수 있습니다. Guest는 이벤트 전에 방문자 정보를 자동으로 수집합니다.

## Outlook에서 Guest 이벤트 업데이트

* 이벤트 이름 업데이트
* 이벤트 설명 업데이트
* 이벤트 종료 시간 업데이트
* 이벤트 주소 업데이트
* RSVP 링크 사용/사용 안 함
* 현장 공개 등록 사용/사용 안 함

Guest 사이트, Guest 유형, 그리고 이벤트 시작 시간을 더 이른 시간으로 변경하면 모든 등록이 무효화되며, 새 등록 이메일이 모든 초대 대상자에게 즉시 전송됩니다. **모든 초대 대상자는 다시 등록해야 합니다.**
