# 게스트용 Face Pass
Face Pass를 사용하면 등록한 재방문 고객이 얼굴 인식을 통해 이전에 완료한 고객 등록 단계를 건너뛸 수 있습니다. 관리자는 다음을 사용하여 어떤 단계를 건너뛸 수 있는지 구성할 수 있습니다 [핀](/guest/ko/configuration/configure-guest-types/pin-guest-check-in-steps-and-configure-guest-passes.md). 고객은 등록 정보의 정확성을 확인하는 마지막 단계에서 이 기능을 사용하도록 선택하거나 사용하지 않도록 선택할 수 있습니다. 고객이 사용을 선택하기 전까지는 얼굴 데이터가 캡처되지 않습니다.

* 버전 2.0.2 이상이 실행되는 Guest 앱

## Face Pass 활성화
Face Pass는 조직 수준과 Face Pass를 지원해야 하는 각 Guest 유형에서 켜져 있어야 합니다.

### Face Pass 사용 선택
등록이 끝나면 방문자는 Face Pass를 켜는 옵션을 사용할 수 있습니다.
Face Pass를 켜면 방문자는 이후 방문에서 이 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
## Face Pass 사용
Face Pass는 Face Pass가 활성화된 Guest 유형이 있는 모든 iPad에서 사용할 수 있습니다. Face Pass는 웹 체크인에서는 지원되지 않습니다.
Face Pass 사용에 동의한 재방문 방문자는 연락처 정보 단계에서 Face Pass를 사용하라는 옵션을 보게 됩니다.
방문자는 등록 과정 마지막의 검토 섹션에서 Face Pass를 끌 수 있습니다. 이 변경 사항은 이후 방문에 적용됩니다.

일치 항목이 발견되면 얼굴 데이터는 암호화되어 기기에 저장되며, 조직의 개인정보 보호 설정에 따라 Face Pass를 사용해 얼굴 데이터가 마지막으로 캡처된 시점부터 최대 1년 동안 클라우드에도 백업됩니다. 일치 결과가 나온 얼굴 데이터는 이전 방문에서 저장된 얼굴 데이터를 대체하거나 삭제됩니다. 일치 항목이 없으면 얼굴 데이터는 삭제됩니다.
고객이 자신의 얼굴 데이터를 삭제할 수 있나요?
Face Pass 사용에 동의한 재방문 고객은 나중에 마음이 바뀌면 다음에서 Face Pass를 끄도록 전환하여 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. **검토** 화면에서 고객 체크인 과정이 끝날 때입니다. 사용 중단 시 기기와 클라우드에서 얼굴 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
다른 회사도 고객 얼굴 데이터에 접근할 수 있나요?
아니요. Verkada는 서로 다른 Verkada Guest 고객 간에 고객 얼굴 데이터가 공유되도록 허용하지 않습니다.
