# 医療機関の訪問者確認
確認により、訪問者を割り当てられた医療部門に制限できます。
複数の部署を持つ医療施設では、患者が治療を受けている部署にのみ来訪者が訪問するよう、訪問者のアクセスを制限する必要がある場合があります。確認用の専用タブレットを使用すると、ゲストが1つ以上の部署に対して承認されているかどうかを確認できます。

### 前提条件
確認はセカンダリ [チェックポイント](/guest/ja/yi-liao-ji-guan/manage-departments-and-checkpoints.md) で行われます **入院患者** の来訪者。確認では、来訪者がチェックポイントのタブレットにQRコードを提示する必要があります。

## 来訪者を確認する
確認は常にスタッフによって開始されます。スタッフは、来訪者を確認する方法を2つから選択できます。

来訪者を確認する際、スタッフは以下を含む重要な来訪情報を確認できます。
* ゲストが訪問している患者が、そのチェックポイントに含まれる部署にいるかどうか。
* 現在サインインしており、患者の面会が確認済みの来訪者数。
* 患者の部屋番号。

来訪者が確認を試みたものの、患者が **セカンダリチェックポイントの対象外の部署にいる場合**、その来訪者を案内しているスタッフには、来訪者は別の場所にいる必要があることが通知されます。来訪者は確認できません。

はい、来訪者はセカンダリチェックポイントでサインインできます。セカンダリチェックポイントでゲストをサインインするには：

再来訪者はサインインせずに、確認中にQRコードを提示できますか？
いいえ、再来訪者はサインインしていないとチェックポイントで確認できません。
バッジはセカンダリチェックポイントで再印刷できますか？
