# Guest でホストリストを管理

Verkada Guest では、ホストは来訪者を受け入れ、Guest Events を管理する権限を持つユーザーです。ホストリストは、ホストとして選択できるユーザーを決定し、あなたのオーガナイゼーション' を代表して来訪者への招待を送信できます。

## Guest でホストリストを管理する

ホストリストは、サイト単位またはオーガナイゼーション' 全体で設定できます。サイト固有のホストリストは、従業員がホストが許可されている場所でのみ来訪者を受け入れられるようにするのに役立ちます。

### オーガナイゼーション' レベルのホストリスト

### ホストを追加

次のいずれかの方法でホストリストにホストを追加できます:

* **個々のホストを手動で追加**: メール、名前、写真、電話番号を入力して、新しいホストプロフィールを作成します。
* **CSV を一括アップロード**: CSV アップロードでホストプロフィールを一括設定します。
* **IDプロバイダと同期**: 既存の Command Group とホストリストを同期します。この方法では、SCIM で管理される Command group に接続することで、オーガナイゼーション' がホストリストの更新を自動化できます。

ホストを追加する 3 つの方法はすべて、1 つのリストで使用できます。

#### 個々のホストを手動で追加

### Guest Site でオーガナイゼーション' のホストリストを使用する

デフォルトでは、新しい Guest site は **オーガナイゼーション' レベルのホストリスト**. サイト固有のホストリストは、オーガナイゼーション' のリストと同期するか、個別に管理できます。

サイト固有のホストリストに切り替えるには:
