# 身分証明書の確認

Identity Document Verificationは、来訪者のIDの表裏を検証することでVerkada Guestのセキュリティを強化します。有効にすると、来訪者は政府発行のIDの表面と裏面をスキャンする必要があります。これにより、Guestはスクリーニングに必要な情報を確認できます。

### サポートされるID

Identity Document Verificationは、身分証明書の表面と通常は文書の反対側にあるPDF417 QRコードの両方をスキャンします。米国の運転免許証および米国各州発行のIDカードを検証できます。

## Identity Document Verificationの設定

### IDスキャンに背面カメラを選択する

Identity Document Verificationを有効にするには、Guestサイトのタブレットを背面カメラを使用するように設定する必要があります。

## ID検証のワークフロー

Identity Document VerificationはGuestアプリを通じたサインインでのみサポートされています。

Identity Document Verificationが有効になっている場合、来訪者はIDの表面と裏面をスキャンするよう求められます。いずれかのスキャンが失敗した場合、来訪者はIDスキャンのステップをスキップすることを選択でき、その場合は [手動のID確認](https://help.verkada.com/guest/ja/configuration/guest-security-screening/review-security-screening-results).

### 検証できない文書

Identity Document Verificationが有効でもIDが完全に検証できない場合（例：PDF417 QRコードのないグリーンカード）、Guestは引き続きIDの表面をスキャンできます。スタッフは訪問のスクリーニングおよび承認の前にID情報を確認するよう促されます。
