# Gasttypen konfigurieren

Besuchertypen ermöglichen es Ihnen, die Informationen anzupassen, die Gäste beim Check-in angeben müssen. Dazu können Sicherheitsüberprüfungen, erforderliche Dokumente usw. gehören. Es ist hilfreich, einen Besuchertyp so zu benennen, dass Gäste ihn leicht identifizieren können, wie zum Beispiel *Interview* oder *Lieferung*.

Die minimale Rolle, die zum Erstellen globaler Besuchertypen erforderlich ist, ist **Organisations-Admin**.

## Besuchertypen konfigurieren

**Gehen Sie in Verkada Command zu Alle Produkte > Arbeitsplatz > Guest.**

**Klicken Sie in der linken Navigation auf Guest-Einstellungen.**

**Unter Organisation > Gasttypen klicken Sie auf Gasttypen verwalten.**

**Oben rechts auf Gasttyp hinzufügen klicken.**

a. Wählen Sie **Globalen Besuchertyp hinzufügen** um einen Guest-Typ für alle Standorte zu erstellen.\
b. Wählen Sie **Standort-Besuchertyp hinzufügen** und einen Standort auswählen, um einen Guest-Typ für einen einzelnen Standort zu erstellen.

**Wählen Sie den Besuchertyp aus, den Sie konfigurieren möchten.**

a. Geben Sie einen eindeutigen Namen ein.\
b. Klicken Sie **Speichern und fortfahren.**\
c. Passen Sie die Einstellungen des Besuchertyps bei Bedarf an.

Wenn Sie Sicherheitsüberprüfung und Unterfunktionen auswählen, wird der Gast aufgefordert, ein Foto seines Ausweises einzureichen. Dieses Foto wird mit einer zusammengeführten Liste von Hintergrund- und Sexualstraftäterregistern abgeglichen.
