# Gasttypen konfigurieren

Gasttypen ermöglichen es Ihnen, die Informationen anzupassen, die Gäste beim Check-in angeben müssen. Dazu können Sicherheitsüberprüfungen, erforderliche Dokumente usw. gehören. Es ist hilfreich, einen Gasttyp so zu benennen, dass Gäste ihn leicht erkennen können, wie zum Beispiel *Vorstellungsgespräch* oder *Lieferung*.

## Gasttypen konfigurieren

**Gehen Sie in Verkada Command zu Alle Produkte > Workplace > Guest.**

**Klicken Sie in der linken Navigation auf Gast-Einstellungen.**

**Unter Organisation > Gästetypen klicken Sie auf Gästetypen verwalten.**

**Oben rechts auf Gasttyp hinzufügen klicken.**

a. Wählen Sie **Globalen Gasttyp hinzufügen** um einen Guest-Typ für alle Standorte zu erstellen.\
b. Wählen Sie **Standort-Gasttyp hinzufügen** und einen Standort auswählen, um einen Guest-Typ für einen einzelnen Standort zu erstellen.

**Wählen Sie den Gasttyp aus, den Sie konfigurieren möchten.**

a. Geben Sie einen eindeutigen Namen ein.\
b. Klicken Sie **Speichern und fortfahren.**\
c. Passen Sie die Gasttyp-Einstellungen bei Bedarf an.

Wenn Sie Sicherheitsüberprüfung und Unterfunktionen auswählen, werden Gäste aufgefordert, ein Foto ihres Ausweises hochzuladen. Dieses Foto wird mit einer aggregierten Liste von Registern zu Vorstrafen und Sexualstraftätern abgeglichen.
