# NCIC アラートを有効にする

National Crime Information Center（NCIC）のデータは機微な刑事司法情報であり、安全に取り扱う必要があります。そのため、NCICアラートはVerkadaの [Government Solutions Commandオーガナイゼーションでのみ利用できます。](https://help.verkada.com/government-solutions/ja/hajimeni/get-started-with-government-solutions)

### 1. Government SolutionsオーガナイゼーションでNCICを申請する

この機能はデフォルトでは有効になっておらず、データがアクセスされる州でVerkadaがCriminal Justice Information Services（CJIS）コンプライアンスをサポートしている必要があります。営業担当者または <government@verkada.com> までご連絡のうえ、開始してください。

### 2. Feature ManagerでNCICを有効にする

Feature Managerにアクセスするには、Org Admin権限が必要です。

**Verkada Commandで、［All Products］>［Admin］に移動します。**

**Feature Managerを選択します。**

{% step %}
**NCIC LPR Data Integrationの右側で、ドロップダウンをクリックし、［Enable］を選択します。**

この機能は、License Plate Recognition（LPR）モードが有効なカメラでのみ利用できます。

### 3. CJIS viewer権限を付与する

機能が有効になると、Org AdminはCJIS承認済みの担当者にCJIS Viewer権限を割り当てる必要があります。この操作はユーザーごとにのみ付与できます。

**Verkada Commandで、［All Products］>［Admin］に移動します。**

**［Users & Permissions］>［Users］を選択します。**
{% endstep %}

**編集したいユーザーを選択します。**

**上部で、>［Grant CJIS Viewer］をクリックします。**

機能が有効になり、ユーザーに必要な権限が付与されると、新しいNCICアラートを作成できます。

## NCICアラートを設定する

### Create Alert > Cameras

**Commandホームページの左ナビゲーションで、［Alerts］をクリックします。**

**左上で、［New Alert］をクリックします。**
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**［Select Event］で、［Camera > License Plate Hotlist］を選択します。**

{% step %}
**［Cameras］で：**

a. アラートの受信元として次のいずれかを選択します **Sites** または **Individual Cameras**。\
b. 続行するには **Done** をクリックします。

License Plate Recognition（LPR）が有効なカメラのみ選択できます。

**［Select License Plate Hotlist］で：**

a. 次を選択します **NCIC。**\
b. 次を選択します **Offense Reasons** をアラートに含めます。

### Create Alert > Notification Schedule

**［Notification Schedule］で、アラートが通知を送信する曜日と時刻を指定します。アラートはデフォルトで24時間365日生成されます。**

### Create Alert > Notification

**［Notification］で、ユーザーを個別に追加するか、アラートをグループに割り当てます。**

**ユーザーまたはグループの横にあるドロップダウンメニューを選択して、通知方法を選びます。受信者には、プッシュ、SMS、メッセージングプラットフォームのアラート、またはメール通知で通知できます。**

**（任意）デフォルトでは、あなたもアラートの受信者になります。ドロップダウンメニューを選択し、［Delete］をクリックして自分を削除します。**

### オプション設定

#### Create Alert > Operations

**Route to Operationsをオンにして、アラートからチケットを作成します。**&#x20;

**（任意）［Ticket Instructions］を選択してチケットに情報を追加し、［Done］をクリックします。**

**［Done］をクリックして次へ進みます** [**アラートを完了します**](#finish-the-alert)**.**

#### Create Alert > Device Action

**［Device Action］で、メッセージを再生するホーンスピーカーを選択します。**

**通知方法（Text to SpeechまたはAudio File）を選択します。**

a.  **Text to Speech** の場合、200文字以内のメッセージを入力します。\
b.  **Audio File** の場合、ファイルをドラッグ＆ドロップするか、 **choose a file** をクリックして音声クリップをアップロードします。
