Getting started with Events and Alerts

Get an SMS or email alert when a camera goes on or offline

Disable/enable tamper and adjust sensitivity. Each Verkada camera comes equipped with an accelerometer to monitor for tampering or vandalism

Person of interest events let you know when a specific face is detected on a camera in your organization

Mute an alert if you want to temporarily stop receiving alerts for an event

Learn how you can review your alert settings to identify ways of getting more targeted and relevant alerts

Org Admins can easily manage the organization's alerts from the Manage  Alerts tab

Configure License Plate of Interest (LPOI) alerts to be notified when certain license plates are detected on your cameras

You can easily share events from your organization with members of your organization as well as 3rd parties
