Learn about 3rd party compatibility with Verkada intercoms

Updated over 4 months ago

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is the protocol that underpins VOIP communications. SIP is standardized, so most open SIP servers should support full functionality (video, audio, and unlocking) with a Verkada TD52.

For both USB and AUX speakers, you will need to use the buttons on the desk station. The answer/hangup buttons on the speaker will not work for calls.

If you are using Guided Access Mode on your desk station, some features may not work as expected. If you run into issues, disable Guided Access Mode.
