Verifying your phone number is required to receive SMS notifications related to your Command account.


  1. Once logged into your Command account, select your organization name in the left-hand menu

  2. Next, click Account Settings

  3. If your phone number is not verified, you will see the message Phone number not verified displayed.

  4. Click Resend verification SMS, then enter the code to verify your phone number.

  5. When the verification is successful, the word Verified will appear next to your phone number.

Note: You can only edit and verify your own phone number.
