Clear Your Browser Cache

Learn how to clear your browser's cache

If you encounter isolated, unusual behaviors while using Verkada Command, it can sometimes be attributed to a particular browser, where you can fix this by clearing your browser cache.

Chrome

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com.

  2. On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.

  3. Click the dropdown and select Site settings > Clear data.

  4. Click Clear.

Firefox

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com.

  2. On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.

  3. Click Clear Cookies and Site data > command.verkada.com.

  4. Click Remove.

Safari

  1. Click Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

  2. Click Manage Website Data.

  3. Scroll down and select verkada.com.

  4. Click Remove.

Edge

Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com.

  2. On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.

  3. Click Cookies.

  4. Click Remove until all cookies have been deleted.
