Sometimes various issues with Verkada Command isolated to a particular browser can be fixed by clearing the browser's cache. The following are instructions on how to do this.

Chrome

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com

  2. Click the lock icon in the left of the URL bar

  3. Click Site Settings

  4. Click Clear data

  5. Click Clear

Firefox

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com

  2. Click the lock icon in the left of the URL bar

  3. Click Clear Cookies and Site data...

  4. Select command.verkada.com

  5. Click Remove

Safari

  1. Click Safari > Preferences... > Privacy

  2. Click Manage Website Data...

  3. Scroll down and click verkada.com

  4. Click Remove

Edge

Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com

  2. Click the lock icon in the left of the URL bar

  3. Click Cookies

  4. Click Remove until all cookies have been deleted
