Odd behaviors while using Verkada Command are sometimes isolated to a particular browser and can be fixed by clearing your browser's cache. The following are instructions on how to do this.

Chrome

  1. Select the lock icon on the left of the URL bar

  2. Select Site Settings

  3. Select Clear data

  4. Select Clear

Firefox

  1. Select the lock icon on the left of the URL bar

  2. Select Clear Cookies and Site data...

  3. Select command.verkada.com

  4. Select Remove

Safari

  1. Select Safari > Preferences... > Privacy

  2. Select Manage Website Data...

  3. Scroll down and Select verkada.com

  4. Select Remove

Edge

Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.

  1. Select the lock icon on the left of the URL bar

  2. Select Cookies

  3. Select Remove until all cookies have been deleted
