Odd behaviors while using Verkada Command are sometimes isolated to a particular browser and can be fixed by clearing your browser's cache. The following are instructions on how to do this.

Chrome

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com

  2. Select the lock icon on the left of the URL bar

  3. Select Site Settings

  4. Select Clear data

  5. Select Clear

Firefox

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com

  2. Select the lock icon on the left of the URL bar

  3. Select Clear Cookies and Site data...

  4. Select command.verkada.com

  5. Select Remove

Safari

  1. Select Safari > Preferences... > Privacy

  2. Select Manage Website Data...

  3. Scroll down and Select verkada.com

  4. Select Remove

Edge

Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.

  1. Go to https://command.verkada.com

  2. Select the lock icon on the left of the URL bar

  3. Select Cookies

  4. Select Remove until all cookies have been deleted
