If you encounter isolated, unusual behaviors while using Verkada Command, it can sometimes be attributed to a particular browser, where you can fix this by clearing your browser cache.
Chrome
Go to https://command.verkada.com.
On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.
Click the dropdown and select Site settings > Clear data.
Click Clear.
Firefox
Go to https://command.verkada.com.
On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.
Click Clear Cookies and Site data > command.verkada.com.
Click Remove.
Safari
Click Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data.
Scroll down and select verkada.com.
Click Remove.
Edge
Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.
Go to https://command.verkada.com.
On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.
Click Cookies.
Click Remove until all cookies have been deleted.
