Learn how to clear your browser's cache

If you encounter isolated, unusual behaviors while using Verkada Command, it can sometimes be attributed to a particular browser, where you can fix this by clearing your browser cache.

Chrome

  1. On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.

  2. Click the dropdown and select Site settings > Clear data.

  3. Click Clear.

Firefox

  1. On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.

  2. Click Clear Cookies and Site data > command.verkada.com.

  3. Click Remove.

Safari

  1. Click Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

  2. Click Manage Website Data.

  3. Scroll down and select verkada.com.

  4. Click Remove.

Edge

Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.

  1. On the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon.

  2. Click Cookies.

  3. Click Remove until all cookies have been deleted.
