Learn how to clear your browser's cache

If you encounter isolated, unusual behaviors while using Verkada Command, it can sometimes be attributed to a particular browser and can be fixed by clearing your browser cache. Use this article to explain how to do that.

Chrome

  1. On the left of the URL bar, select the lock icon.

  2. On the dropdown, select Site settings > Clear data.

  3. Select Clear.

Firefox

  1. On the left of the URL bar, select the lock icon.

  2. Select Clear Cookies and Site data.

  3. Select command.verkada.com.

  4. Select Remove.

Safari

  1. Select Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

  2. Select Manage Website Data.

  3. Scroll down and select verkada.com.

  4. Select Remove.

Edge

Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.

  1. On the left of the URL bar, select the lock icon.

  2. Select Cookies.

  3. Select Remove until all cookies have been deleted.
