If you encounter isolated, unusual behaviors while using Verkada Command, it can sometimes be attributed to a particular browser and can be fixed by clearing your browser cache. Use this article to explain how to do that.
Chrome
Go to https://command.verkada.com.
On the left of the URL bar, select the lock icon.
On the dropdown, select Site settings > Clear data.
Select Clear.
Firefox
Go to https://command.verkada.com.
On the left of the URL bar, select the lock icon.
Select Clear Cookies and Site data.
Select command.verkada.com.
Select Remove.
Safari
Select Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
Select Manage Website Data.
Scroll down and select verkada.com.
Select Remove.
Edge
Note: Please make sure you're running the latest version.
Go to https://command.verkada.com.
On the left of the URL bar, select the lock icon.
Select Cookies.
Select Remove until all cookies have been deleted.
