Add a camera feed to your air quality sensor

You may want to add a camera feed so that you can see what's going on near the sensor at a quick glance.

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Air Quality.

  2. Select a sensor where you want to add a camera feed.

  3. At the top right, click the Camera icon.

  4. Select which camera you want to add to this sensor.

  5. Click Confirm > Done to add the camera.

You should see the camera feed appear next to the sensor information.

Change or remove a camera feed from a sensor

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Air Quality.

  2. Select a sensor where you want to change or remove a camera feed.

  3. At the top right, click Edit Camera (pencil icon).

  4. On Select Camera, change which camera is selected.

  5. (Optional) On Edit Settings > Camera, remove the feed completely:

    1. Click the Settings (gear) icon.

    2. Click Remove Camera.

  6. Click Apply to finalize the settings.

Camera and sensor graph overlay view

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Air Quality .

  2. Select a sensor to view.

  3. At the top right, click to change views.

  4. You should see the sensor graph overlayed on top of the camera feed with sensor events listed on the right. The events are scrollable and may be filtered by date, time, and/or sensor reading.

  5. Hover over the camera feed and click to access the sensor graph and camera overlay mode in full-screen mode.

The button will take you to the camera history player, where you can archive footage.
