If your access controller becomes unresponsive and is not working properly or Verkada Support requests the controller be rebooted, here are the steps:
User must be an Access Admin and a Site Access Admin for the site the controller is a part of
Note: If the controller show's an Offline status, rebooting the controller via Command will do nothing. You will have to unplug the AC41 and plug it back in manually to restart it.
Select Devices from the All Products menu in the top left-hand corner
Click the controller you want to restart, then click the controller's image on the right
Click the Settings tab
