If your access controller becomes unresponsive and is not working properly or Verkada Support requests the controller be rebooted, here are the steps:


Note: If the controller show's an Offline status, rebooting the controller via Command will do nothing. You will have to unplug the AC41 and plug it back in manually to restart it.


  1. Select the Devices page from the left-hand menu

  2. Click the controller you want to restart, then click the controller's image on the right

  3. Click the Settings tab

  4. Click Restart
