Sometimes, the direction of the camera's field of view does not match the direction shown on the floor plan. In this case, you can manually set the orientation of the camera icon for greater accuracy.
Changing a camera's direction on a floor plan
Select the Home page and then choose Floorplans
Select the building and floor plan where you wish to rotate cameras
Select the 3 dots at the top right corner
Select Edit Cameras
Select the center portion of the camera icon you wish to orient making the camera icon blue
Select the cone, representing the field of view of the camera and adjust to the desired direction
Note: You may have to zoom in to the floor plan by clicking the + icon, as indicated in the video below, to be able to select the desired camera.
