In order to view motion plotting on your floor plan, it is recommended to first use the identify walls feature. This will enable a more accurate heat map display of motion on the floor plan.
Select the Home page and then click Floorplans
On the top left, select the icon withe a slider pointing to the left
Select the building and floor plan where you wish to identify walls
Select the 3 dots at the top right-hand corner
Select Identify Walls
Using the tools at the bottom of the screen, draw the walls on top of the floor plan.
Select Save to save your changes and the X at the top right to exit
