Your Command cloud service software license includes unlimited storage for archived video clips. This article details how to start an archive on the Android and iOS apps.

From the Android App

Select the camera you would like to archive footage from. In the menu, select the History button.

Select any clip from the historical data. On the bottom of the screen, under the time-lapse, there will be a download button. Select this button to start an archive.

The Archive Clip menu will appear and you can select the start and end time for the archive, as well as add a note about the archive. Once you have entered the required information, select the blue Archive button in the bottom right hand corner of the menu.

Once the archive has started, navigate back to the cameras menu page and select Archive to view the archives for this camera.


The newly-started archive will show as Processing until the footage has finished uploading to the cloud.
 


Once the footage has uploaded, you will be able to view the archive.

From the iOS App

Select the camera you would like to archive footage from. In the menu select the Archive button.

From the Archive page select New Archive.

Enter the Day, Start Time, End Time, and optional Notes for the archive you want to process.

Once the desired information is entered, select the blue Archive button to start the archive. When a message saying Archive Created pops up, select done.

The newly-started archive will show as Retrieving from camera until the footage has finished uploading to the cloud.

Once the footage has uploaded you will be able to view the archive.
