# Changer d’opérateur sur la passerelle cellulaire

Verizon, AT\&T et T-Mobile sont les trois options d’opérateur pour la passerelle pour les clients aux États-Unis. Vous pouvez passer d’un opérateur à l’autre si vous utilisez la SIM Verkada aux États-Unis.

### Choisissez votre opérateur préféré

**Dans Verkada Command, accédez à Tous les produits > Passerelles.**

**Sélectionnez la passerelle que vous souhaitez configurer.**

**En haut à droite, cliquez sur Paramètres.**

**Sous Réseau > Opérateur préféré, sélectionnez votre opérateur préféré dans le menu déroulant.**

La passerelle se connectera automatiquement à Verizon si aucun opérateur préféré n’est sélectionné.

**Cliquez sur Appliquer, puis sur Confirmer pour enregistrer.**

Une passerelle sera hors ligne lorsqu’elle tentera de basculer entre les profils. L’interruption peut durer jusqu’à 15 minutes.
