What does this mean?
As of August 5, 2026, we will no longer sell CB52 SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.
Can customers return products that they purchased?
Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if a product under warranty needs to be replaced?
We will replace RMA units with the same model, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the next most similar product.
