Final orders for AC42 must be received by August 6, 2026. End-of-Support date for these products is August 6, 2036.

What does this mean?

As of August 6, 2026, we will no longer sell AC42 SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.

Can customers return products that they purchased?

Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a product under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with the same model, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the next most similar product.
