# 임시 사용자 관리

해당 **임시 사용자** 이 기능은 모든 일반적인 권한을 부여받을 수 있는 사용자 범주입니다 [Verkada Command 역할](/command/ko/users-and-permissions/roles-and-permissions-for-command.md) (하지만 다음과 같은 [몇 가지 제한된 작업을](#h_47f7046263)), 미리 정해진 기간 동안 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 기간이 끝나면 사용자의 Command 접근 권한은 자동으로 취소됩니다(비활성화를 통해).

이 기능은 설치자, 계약업체 등과 같은 제3자가 고객의 Command 조직에 무제한으로 접근할 필요 없이 필요한 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것입니다.

1. 사용자의 이름, 성, 이메일 주소, 전화번호를 입력합니다

3. 다음 옵션을 켭니다 **임시 사용자**.
4. 을 클릭합니다 **다음까지 액세스 허용** 드롭다운을 클릭하고 임시 사용자의 조직 접근 권한이 취소되어야 하는 날짜를 설정합니다.
5. 검토한 다음 **새 사용자 만들기** 를 클릭하여 임시 사용자를 조직에 초대합니다.

## 임시 사용자 재활성화

비활성화된 임시 사용자를 다시 활성화하려면:

## 임시 사용자에 대한 제한

할당된 역할과 관계없이 Command 내의 모든 역할을 임시 사용자에게 할당할 수 있습니다. 그러나 다음과 같은 작업은 **수행할 수** 없습니다:

* 카메라 영상, 감사 로그, 사용자 정보, 장치 정보 등 Command의 모든 정보를 내보내거나 다운로드할 수 없습니다.
* 조직을 대신하여 조직의 약관 및 조건에 동의할 수 없습니다. 예: 분석 약관 및 조건.
* 사용자를 삭제할 수 없습니다(단, 역할에서 허용하는 경우 사용자를 비활성화할 수는 있습니다).
* 임시 사용자를 자신을 포함한 정규 사용자로 전환할 수 없습니다.
