# 지원 액세스 활성화

[Verkada 지원](/command/ko/need-help/contact-verkada-support.md) 문제 해결을 지원하기 위해 귀하의 Verkada Command 계정에 대한 액세스를 요청할 수 있습니다.

## 지원 액세스 활성화

조직 관리자, 사이트 관리자 및 액세스 사이트 관리자는 Verkada 지원이 계정에 액세스할 수 있도록 지원 액세스 토큰을 생성하고 공유할 수 있습니다.

Verkada 지원 **하지 않습니다** 액세스 토큰을 활성화하면 계정에 자동으로 액세스하게 됩니다. 계정에 액세스하기 전에 지원 케이스를 열고 이 토큰을 그들과 공유해야 합니다.

### 액세스 기간

지원 액세스 기간은 기본적으로 24시간 후 자동 만료로 설정됩니다. 관리자는 최대 90일까지 액세스를 연장할 수 있습니다.

### 액세스 토큰

액세스 토큰은 각 관리자 사용자 계정마다 고유하며, Verkada 지원이 계정에 액세스하기 전에 제공해야 합니다.

액세스 토큰은 이를 생성한 계정과 동일한 권한을 부여합니다. Verkada 지원은 활성 사용자가 보유한 것과 동일한 기기 및 설정에 액세스할 수 있습니다. 만약 **비디오 및 이미지 액세스 활성화** 켜져 있으면 Verkada 지원이 비디오 및 이미지 데이터를 볼 수 있습니다.

### 비디오 및 이미지 액세스

기본적으로 Verkada 지원은 영상, 썸네일, 아카이브 또는 오디오에 액세스할 수 없습니다. 즉, 명시적으로 권한을 부여하지 않는 한 Verkada 지원은 이미지, 비디오 또는 오디오를 볼 수 없습니다.

### 사이트 액세스 제한

조직 관리자는 향상된 개인 정보 보호를 위해 Verkada 지원에 액세스를 허용할 사이트를 선택할 수 있습니다.

## 지원 액세스 취소

액세스 토큰 기간이 만료되면 Verkada 지원은 즉시 계정 액세스 권한을 잃습니다. 언제든지 액세스 토큰을 취소하여 액세스를 종료할 수 있습니다.
