# 一時ユーザーを管理
Commandオーガナイゼーション'へのユーザーアクセスを制限する方法を学ぶ
この **一時ユーザー** 機能は、通常のすべての [Verkada Command ロール](/command/ja/yzto/roles-and-permissions-for-command.md) （ただし、 [一部の制限された操作](#h_47f7046263)を実行することはできません）を、あらかじめ定められた期間付与できるユーザーのカテゴリです。この期間の終了時に、ユーザーのCommandアクセスは（無効化により）自動的に取り消されます。
この機能は、設置業者、請負業者などの第三者が、顧客のCommand オーガナイゼーション'への無制限のアクセスを必要とせずに、必要なタスクを実行できるようにすることを目的としています。

## 一時ユーザーを追加する

3. オンに切り替えます **一時ユーザー**.
4. 次の項目をクリックします： **アクセスを許可する期限** のドロップダウンから、一時ユーザーのオーガナイゼーション'へのアクセスを取り消す日付を設定します。
5. 確認して、次をクリックします： **新しいユーザーを作成** 一時ユーザーをオーガナイゼーション'に招待します。

## 一時ユーザーを再アクティブ化する
一時ユーザーのアクセス期間の終了時に行われる自動無効化に加え、一時ユーザーを手動で無効化することもできます。手順は、ユーザーのフルアクセスを [無効化する](/command/ja/yzto/manage-users-in-your-organization.md).
無効化された一時ユーザーを再アクティブ化するには：

## 一時ユーザーに関する制限
割り当てられているロールにかかわらず、Command内の任意のロールを一時ユーザーに割り当てることができます。ただし、一時ユーザーには、 **できない** 操作があります：
* カメラの映像、監査ログ、ユーザー情報、デバイス情報などを含む、Commandからのあらゆる情報のエクスポート／ダウンロード。
* 分析に関する利用規約など、オーガナイゼーション'を代表してオーガナイゼーション'に関する利用規約に同意すること。
* ユーザーを削除すること（ただし、ロールで許可されている場合はユーザーを無効化できます）。
* 自分自身を含む一時ユーザーをフルユーザーに変換すること。
