# 一時ユーザーを管理する

この **一時ユーザー** 機能は、通常のすべての [Verkada Command のロール](/command/ja/yzto/roles-and-permissions-for-command.md) （ただし、 [いくつかの制限された操作は](#h_47f7046263)実行できません）、あらかじめ定められた期間に限ります。この期間が終了すると、ユーザーの Command へのアクセスは自動的に取り消されます（無効化による）。

この機能は、インストーラー、請負業者などの第三者が、顧客の Command 組織への無制限のアクセスを必要とせずに必要な作業を実行できるようにすることを目的としています。

## 一時ユーザーを追加

1. ユーザーの名、姓、メールアドレス、電話番号を入力します
2. （任意） [ユーザーに Command のロールと Command グループを割り当てます](/command/ja/yzto/manage-users-in-your-organization.md)
3. オンに切り替えます **一時ユーザー**.
4. をクリックし、 **\[アクセスを許可する期限]** ドロップダウンをクリックして、組織への一時ユーザーのアクセスを取り消す日付を設定します。
5. 内容を確認して **新しいユーザーを作成** をクリックし、一時ユーザーを組織に招待します。

## 一時ユーザーを変更

## 一時ユーザーを再有効化

一時ユーザーのアクセス期間の終了時に自動的に無効化されるのに加えて、一時ユーザーを手動で無効化することもできます。その手順は、ユーザーの [フルアクセスを無効化する方法と似ています](/command/ja/yzto/manage-users-in-your-organization.md).

無効化された一時ユーザーを再有効化するには:

## 一時ユーザーの制限

割り当てられているロールに関係なく、Command 内の任意のロールを一時ユーザーに割り当てることができます。ただし、彼らが **実行できない** 操作がいくつかあります:

* カメラの映像、監査ログ、ユーザー情報、デバイス情報などを含む、Command からのあらゆる情報のエクスポート/ダウンロード。
* 組織に代わって、組織に関する利用規約や条件（たとえば、分析利用規約など）に同意すること。
* ユーザーを削除すること（ただし、ロールで許可されている範囲でユーザーを無効化することはできます）。
* 自分自身を含む一時ユーザーをフルユーザーに変換すること。
