# ユーザーを管理する

## オーガナイゼーション' にユーザーを招待する
Org Admin アカウントを使うと、オーガナイゼーション' の Command アカウントにユーザーを招待し、アクセスを管理できます。招待されると、ユーザーにはアカウントの作成とパスワードの設定を案内する自動メールが送信されます。

### 招待済みユーザー
オーガナイゼーション' に招待されたものの、招待を承諾していないユーザーは、次の **招待済み** フィルタに表示されます。この状態により、Org Admin はオーガナイゼーション' 内で誰がアクティブかを把握し、管理できます。

## ユーザーを無効化する

### Command ユーザーを無効化する

ユーザーが無効化されると、その権限、グループ割り当てなどは変更できなくなります。ユーザーのデータを編集する必要がある場合は、そのユーザーを **必ず** 再有効化する必要があります。

### SCIM ユーザーを無効化する
ユーザーが SCIM 管理されている場合は、IDプロバイダ (IdP) で適切な操作を行うことで無効化できます。同期されると、ユーザーのステータスは **無効化済み**.

## ユーザーを削除する
Command でユーザーを削除すると、すべてのアクセス、ロール、グループ メンバーシップが削除されますが、ユーザーは削除済みタブに引き続き表示されます。管理者は後で [復元](#h_4b768acc8c) できます。これにより基本プロフィール（名前、メール、写真）は復元されますが、以前のロール、サイトアクセス、認証情報は復元されません。
削除されたユーザーと同じメールアドレスまたは外部 ID を持つ新しいユーザーが追加されると、Command は管理者に次のいずれかを促します。 [既存のユーザーを復元する](#h_4b768acc8c) または [完全に削除する](#h_886dbe6a06) か

### 完全に削除
管理者はユーザーをハード削除でき、削除済みタブから完全に削除されます。これにより、ユーザーのプロフィールと識別子が Command から完全に消去されます。ハード削除されると、ユーザーのメールアドレスと外部 ID は再利用可能になります。

* SCIM 管理のユーザーは、IDプロバイダで削除されると完全に削除されます。元のプロフィールが完全に消去されていない限り、管理者がこれらのユーザーを手動で再追加することはできません。これにより、識別子の競合や孤立レコードを防げます。
* パブリック users API を通じてユーザーを削除すると、ソフト削除が実行されます。ユーザーのデータは削除済みユーザー セクションに移動されます。
